• Stay compliant with EU GPSR requirements.
• Provide necessary safety and responsibility information for products.

How to Use:

1. Go to Setting from the main menu of SPL app.
2. Open the EU GPSR Compliance Page in the app.
3. Fill in the Manufacturer and Responsible Person details.
4. Save the information to ensure compliance with EU regulations.

Smart Notifications for Discrepancies

We’ve introduced a new Smart Notifications feature to keep you informed about discrepancies between Shopify and TikTok Shop.

How It Works:
For example, if an order is marked as fulfilled in Shopify but remains unfulfilled in TikTok Shop, you will receive an instant notification. This ensures that:

• You’re promptly alerted about inconsistencies.
• Necessary actions can be taken to ensure accurate synchronization.
• Your operations remain seamless, improving customer satisfaction.

Where to Find Notifications:

• Notifications appear on the app’s Dashboard under the Notifications tab.
• Alerts may also be sent via email, depending on your notification settings.

Why It’s Important:
This feature helps you stay proactive in resolving mismatches, ensuring smoother management and minimizing potential issues with your Shopify-TikTok Shop integration.

TikTok Shop Fulfilment Details Block in Shopify

We’ve enhanced the TikTok Shop Connector by SPL with a new feature that adds a dedicated block in the Shopify Order section for orders imported from TikTok Shop. :

How It Works:

• The custom block appears on the Order Details page for any TikTok Shop order imported into Shopify.
• Select the carrier for delivery of the TikTok Shop order.
• Add the tracking number associated with the order by TikTok Shop
• Click on Fulfill order.
• And that's it your TikTok Shop order has been fulfilled from Shopify.

With this integration, you can:

• Fulfilling Orders: Fulfill TikTok Shop orders directly from Shopify by just adding the provided shipping details and tracking code.
• Simplify Order Management: Manage both TikTok and Shopify orders from a single interface without switching between platforms.

How to Use:

1. Go to the Orders section in Shopify admin.
2. Open any order imported via TikTok Shop Connector by SPL.
3. Go to the block added by our app.
4. Add the Shipping Provider and Tracking Code there.
5. Click on fulfill order.

This update streamlines the process of fulfilling TikTok Shop orders directly from your Shopify store, saving time and reducing errors.

TikTok Warehouses Option Added

We’ve added a new TikTok Warehouses option to streamline the setup process when integrating your TikTok Shop with Shopify.

How It Works:

• During the initial integration process, if no warehouse is connected to your TikTok Shop, you’ll see the TikTok Warehouses option.
• Clicking this option will redirect you to your TikTok Shop settings, where you can connect your warehouse.
• Once the warehouse is connected, return to the app to continue the integration process seamlessly.

Why This Feature Matters:

• Essential for Syncing: A connected warehouse is required for syncing inventory and managing orders between TikTok Shop and Shopify.
• Guided Setup: Ensures merchants don’t face any interruptions during the integration process.

Centralized Returns Section for TikTok Shop Orders

We’ve introduced a new Returns Section in the TikTok Shop Connector by SPL, making it easier to track and manage all returned orders imported from TikTok Shop.

You can easily view key information for each returned order, including the Order ID, Return Status, Reason for Return, Date of Return, and whether it requires a Refund or Replacement. This ensures you can quickly assess and act on returned orders efficiently.

How to Access the Returns Section:

1. Open the TikTok Shop Connector by SPL app in Shopify.
2. Navigate to the new Returns Section from the main menu.
3. Review and track all TikTok Shop returned orders efficiently.
